How to Use PowerSchool

Thank you for your patience as we move to PowerSchool, our new student information system.  We are now at the point where we can provide access to your student’s current grades and attendance through the internet.  The attendance is presently shown and marks are being entered and updated. 

If you have internet access at home or at work, you can view the information at anytime.

You will need to logon to the following website to access PowerSchool: http://powerschool.phrd.ab.ca

From there you will need to know your student’s confidential ID and Password.  A letter has been sent home with your child with this information.  This information is also available through the school office.

Your child also has access to his/her information.  They require their own confidential ID and Password, which has also been included on the letter that has been sent home.

Once you have logged onto the PowerSchool site, the site is fairly user-friendly, with information options well laid out.   If you have any difficulty understanding the information that is presented, please let us know.  You are also welcome to visit our school where one of our staff members can “walk you through” the system.
